The National Peace Officers’ Appreciation Week is an effort to see the first week of October set aside nationally, as an annual celebration acknowledging the invaluable service that law enforcement officers and their families provide for our communities.
The Michiana celebration works to strengthen/ encourage officers and their families by featuring world-class speakers providing inspirational challenges to life and leadership, warrior competitions and an extremely unique family strengthening celebration to round out the week.
The 2016 National Peace Officers’ Appreciation Week events include the “Breaching the Barricade” Law Enforcement Conference (September 30) and the 22nd Annual Officer Appreciation Day (October 1). Click here for more details
