VOLUNTEER

VOLUNTEER

The work at County Corrections Gospel Mission and at Camp at Old Mill is done by a small number of full-time and part-time staff. From time to time we need more hands and you may just be the solution to the need.

Presently, we need servant-hearted volunteers and churches who would come alongside our many needful tasks, such as:

  • Counselors for our Wilderness Adventure camps in summer. You should be between 18 and 25 years old with a solid testimony and letter of recommendation from your local pastor.
  • Counselors at Kid’s Club every Thursday afternoon from 4:45 to 5:45pm
  • Helpers at Mom’s Club every Thursday from 10:00 to 2:30pm: cooking, serving, cleaning
  • Graphic Designers
  • Website Developers
  • Network Administrators
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and facilities: weed-whacking, mowing, wood cutting and splitting, painting, cleaning, electrical and plumbing, landscaping, leave raking, snow clearing
  • General kitchen-help: cooking, serving, cleaning, inventory
  • Daily, ongoing chores, typical to summer camps, missions and ministry
  • Administration: information management, filing, word processing, data capturing, typing
  • Drivers: CDL, School Bus, 15 Passenger Van
